hey, i saw your question in ask_a_nurse & just wanted to say my dentist told me to stop with the whitening stuff because it makes the inside of your mouth peel like that. they found it in my mouth when they were just doing a general cleaning.

i actually ended up googling the question since no one was replying, and found lots of places where people said the same thing. and my husband tried the same mouthwash with the same result. i'm totally calling and complaining to listerine. when you do that, you usually get a refund or coupons.
as much as i want REAL answers in askanurse, i still think people should be able to say they aren't medically certified and give answers.
